At UBB we believe in providing the best solution always and whilst with all of our standard broadband packages we include a based WiFi router / modem this little all in one box is not going provide the ultimate internet experience in every home or business environment, it is really a starting point. So we have come up with our UBB WiFi packs so when the all in one standard router is not covering the whole house, signal is weak, speeds are not super great over WiFi, our UBB WiFi packages can provide enhanced coverage, speeds and a better internet experience.
Our packages are modular with the ability to add additional packs (mesh) for increased coverage or to boost WiFi outdoors plus UBB can manage the packs remotely, you can have the ultimate WiFi experience in your home, in the yard, the dairy shed or your office.
UBB WiFi Pack 1
A great starter package to cover most standard homes WiFi coverage
Basic remote support on usUBB will provide basic support for your WiFi pack whilst your a UBB Family member for free on us. Our basic remote support includes SSID (WiFi name) changes, WiFi network password updates and channel updates if required. We can also provide basic fault troubleshooting.For larger deployments and complex setups or changes our advanced remote support is available from $45 for the first 15 minutes and $35 per 15 minutes there after.
